Data collected
Last name, first name, email, phone number, date of birth and driving licence issue date (to check rental eligibility), as well as the ID and driving licence documents required to confirm a vehicle rental.
Purpose of processing
This data is used exclusively to process bookings, check rental eligibility, communicate with the client about their booking, and manage their personal account.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to manage the customer relationship and comply with the agency's legal obligations.
Technical processors
Data hosting and authentication are provided by Supabase. Transactional emails (confirmations, reminders) are sent via Resend. These providers only use the data on behalf of TLS Rent a Car.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the agency directly.
