Terms of service
These terms apply to any booking made on this site for vehicle rentals, transfers or excursions offered by TLS Rent a Car.
Booking process
Bookings can be made with or without creating an account beforehand: without an account, a client space is automatically created using the provided email, allowing the booking to be tracked. Every booking is subject to confirmation by the agency and stays in "pending" status until validated.
Vehicle rental conditions
Renting a vehicle is subject to age (minimum 29 years) and driving licence seniority (minimum 8 years) requirements. An ID card or passport and a driving licence (front and back) must be provided before the agency confirms the booking.
Pricing and payment
Displayed prices are in Tunisian dinars (TND). Payment is made in cash or by card directly at the agency, except for tailor-made requests (custom transfers and excursions), which are quoted by the agency before confirmation.
Cancellation and changes
Any cancellation or change request must be sent directly to the agency, which will review it on a case-by-case basis.
Liability
TLS Rent a Car undertakes to provide regularly maintained vehicles. The agency cannot be held liable in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law.
